What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and device identifiers used to remember settings, maintain sessions or protect the service.
What GoGarageFlow uses now
GoGarageFlow currently uses cookies and browser storage mainly for essential operational purposes:
- keeping users signed in and maintaining secure sessions;
- remembering selected workspace, garage and interface state;
- supporting paired devices and local device status where the platform requires it;
- protecting forms, payment redirects and account access;
- helping diagnose service reliability and security issues; and
- making updates and cache refreshes work more consistently across browsers.
Strictly necessary storage
Some cookies and storage are required for the service to function. If these are blocked, sign-in, dashboard access, payment flows, booking tools, device pairing or staff screens may not work correctly.
Cookie and storage table
We inspected the current project and documented the cookies and browser storage used by the website and platform. We do not currently set advertising cookies or marketing tracking cookies in the GoGarageFlow application code.

| Google Fonts and Font Awesome CDN requests | Third-party asset requests | Loads fonts and icons used by the website and platform interface. These are not used by us for advertising tracking. | Yes, for visual presentation of the current site. |
Third-party services
GoGarageFlow may load trusted third-party services that use their own cookies or storage where needed, such as authentication, hosting, payment processing, fonts, content delivery and support tools. Payment services, including Stripe where enabled, may use cookies to process secure checkout and billing flows.
Analytics and marketing cookies
GoGarageFlow is currently focused on essential platform operation rather than advertising tracking. If optional analytics, marketing or advertising cookies are added in the future, this policy should be updated and any required consent controls should be introduced before those non-essential cookies are used.
Managing cookies
You can usually block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent GoGarageFlow from working properly.
