Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains how the GoGarageFlow website and platform must be used responsibly. It protects garages, staff, customers and the reliability of the service.

Scope

This policy applies to public website users, subscribed garages, staff accounts and anyone accessing GoGarageFlow through an authorised workspace or device.

Prohibited use

  • using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity;
  • attempting to bypass authentication, permissions, security controls or garage separation;
  • uploading malicious files, scripts or harmful content;
  • scraping, overloading, probing or reverse engineering the service without permission;
  • sending spam, harassment, offensive content or unlawful customer communications;
  • entering data that the garage has no lawful basis to process; and
  • sharing accounts or allowing unauthorised users to access a garage workspace.

SMS and communication tools

Garages must use SMS, reminder, email and customer communication tools only for legitimate workshop purposes and in line with applicable law, customer expectations and the garage's own privacy notices.

Security obligations

Users must protect login details, keep devices secure, report suspected compromise promptly and make sure staff permissions match actual workshop responsibilities.

Enforcement

Smart Flow Systems may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, garages, customers or legal compliance.
