Subscriptions
GoGarageFlow is normally provided as a paid subscription to garages. Subscription details may include plan name, monthly or annual price, setup fee, trial period, SMS allowance, feature access and support level.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe where enabled. Garages should use the secure checkout or billing portal rather than sending card details by email, chat or phone.
Billing cycle
The billing cycle is normally shown during checkout or in the garage's billing portal. Monthly allowances, including SMS where applicable, may reset based on the subscription billing cycle unless the order form states otherwise.
Top-ups and extras
SMS top-ups, custom work, migration assistance or additional services may be charged separately. Top-ups are normally added after payment confirmation and may be subject to operational limits and fair use checks.
Failed payments
If payment fails, access may be restricted, suspended or downgraded after reasonable reminders or billing notices. We may continue to attempt collection through the payment processor where permitted.
Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Any applicable tax, fee or payment processor charge may be added or shown during checkout or invoicing.
